Prawna ochrona dziecka przed negatywnym wpływem przekazów medialnych

Abstract

The main problem of the article may be expressed in a question “what level of the legal protection of a child against negative influence of mass media is guaranteed by the Polish legal system”. The article, structured in six parts, consists of the author’s analysis of legal regulations concerning the main problem and her attempts to answer the basic question. The research indicates that standards of the legal protection of a child against negative influence of mass media in Polish law are sufficient and correct in theory. Unfortunately, in practice, the relevant legal rules are often not observed.
