Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, 2013) Derdziuk, AndrzejW niniejszym przedłożeniu wskazano na płaszczyzny sprzeciwu sumienia w Kościele, kryteria rozeznawania jego autentyczności oraz miejsce i formę jego wyrażania. Sprzeciw sumienia w Kościele polegający na profetycznej misji wzywania do nawrócenia, obok płaszczyzny indywidualnej w formie czytelnego świadectwa życia ma też swój wymiar społeczny w postaci działań na rzecz wyeliminowania niewłaściwych postaw w łonie Kościoła i na zewnątrz. W rozeznawaniu sytuacji skłaniającej chrześcijanina do okazania sprzeciwu sumienia istotne jest nastawienie na to, by słuchać bardziej Boga niż ludzi. Winno to dokonywać się klimacie wiary i miłości. Postawa sprzeciwu wymaga odwagi, ale też roztropności w dobieraniu narzędzi i form wyrażania niezgody na zło. This presentation indicates the plane of conscientious objection in the Church, criteria for discernment of its authenticity and the place and form of its expression. Conscientious objection in the Church based on the prophetic mission of summoning to conversion, has an individual dimension - clear testimony of life, and a social dimension also - in the form of actions to eliminate wrong attitudes within and outside the Church. In order to discern the situation that induces Christians to show their conscientious objection it is very important to listen to God rather than people. The decision must be made in an atmosphere of faith and love. The attitude of objection requires courage, but also prudence in the choice of tools and forms of expression of disagreement to evil.

Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, 2016) Derdziuk, AndrzejArtykuł podejmuje kwestię tajemnicy spowiedzi rozpatrywanej od strony jej służenia dobru duchowemu penitenta oraz zasad, którymi powinien kierować się spowiednik. Motywem zachowywania tajemnicy spowiedzi jest dobre imię penitenta i jego poczucie bezpieczeństwa w konfesjonale oraz zachowanie prawa kościelnego stojącego na straży świętości sakramentu. Zakres treści tajemnicy spowiedzi obejmuje zarówno grzechy, jak i okoliczności będące przedmiotem wyznania w sakramentalnym spotkaniu. Zdrada tajemnicy spowiedzi może zachodzić wprost lub pośrednio i w obu formach wyrządza krzywdę penitentowi i społeczności eklezjalnej. Nowym zagadnieniem teologicznomoralnym jest niebezpieczeństwo naruszenia tajemnicy w spowiedzi na odległość, szczególnie z użyciem mediów elektronicznych. The article discusses the secret of confession from the point of view of its serving to spiritual welfare of a penitent and principles which should be respected by confessors. The reason of the secret of confession is good name of a penitent and his sense of security in the confessional and keeping the Canon Law protecting the holiness of this sacrament. The secret of confession includes both sins and circumstances which are the subject of confession in the sacramental encounter. Betrayal of the secret of confession may occur directly or indirectly and in both forms harms a penitent and an ecclesial community. New theological and moral issue is a danger of a breach of secrecy in a confession at a distance, especially with the use of electronic media.

The destruction of life is the fruit of the negation of God and the attempt to take over the work of creation. The tool in the hands of believers is the prayer that brings man to God and contemplates his work of creation and salvation in Christ and elevating the human person to the dignity of the child of God. The exhortation of the Gospel of life promoted by St John Paul II in the encyclical Evangelium vitae leads to perception of its value and prevents the banishment of human behavior in the face of suffering.

- ItemThe Necessity of Demonstrating Respect for the Sacred. An Attempt at Justification(Polish Rhetoric Society, 2017) Derdziuk, AndrzejThe article attempts to define the sacred as a symbol which is cognizable by the senses and which connects a human being with the divine reality. The sacred has two dimensions which indicate its ontological otherness and its integrating and standard-setting function. Separation of the sacred sphere from the public sphere renders the sacred to be worthy of respect and, at the same time, not to be subjected to any interference by unauthorized individuals and institutions. Taking care of the sacrum emphasizes the sublimity of this reality and provides for the respect towards those sharing the faith in the sacred. Preserving and promoting the significance of the sacred in human life aims at protecting spiritual sensitivity to good and beauty that motivates a human being to take noble actions and inspires him to adopt the attitudes characterized by love and service. The faith and the sacred sphere should be defended, above all, by the testimony given in words and actions, aimed at showing and justifying the rationality of the given deeds and service expressing and promoting love. W tekście podjęto próbę zdefiniowania sacrum jako możliwego do zmysłowego uchwycenia symbolu rzeczywistości świętej, łączącego człowieka z rzeczywistością boską. Sacrum posiada dwa wymiary wskazujące na jego ontologiczną inność oraz funkcję integrującą i normotwórczą. Wyodrębnienie sfery sacrum z powszedniej użyteczności sprawia, że staje się ona czymś, co winno być otoczone szacunkiem i zarazem niepoddawane ingerencjom ze strony nieuprawnionych do tego osób i instytucji. Przez otoczenie opieką rzeczywistości przynależącej do płaszczyzny sacrum, wskazuje się na wzniosłość tej rzeczywistości i domaga się szacunku dla osób, które ją przyjmują i podzielają. Zachowanie i rozszerzanie znaczenia sacrum w życiu ludzkim służy ocalaniu duchowej wrażliwości człowieka na dobro i piękno, które porusza go do szlachetnych działań i inspiruje do zajmowania postaw nacechowanych miłością i służbą. Obrona wiary i sfery sacrum winna dokonywać się nade wszystko na płaszczyźnie przekonywania przez słowo i świadectwo życia, dążące do wykazania i uzasadnienia racjonalności danych działań oraz praktyki służby prowadzącej do miłości.
