dc.description.abstractLa théologie sacramentaire est un des domaines où le contact des Eglises orientales avec Rome, à partir du XVIIe siècle, a le plus impacté leurs doctrines et leurs rituels. Le mariage en particulier a connu des changements conceptuels importants, qui ont eu une influence à long terme sur la société. Alors que la définition du mariage au Concile de Trente fait de l’échange du consentement la «forme» même du sacrement, l’union matrimoniale est conçue en Orient comme un processus, débutant avec l’accord entre deux familles, et s’achevant avec la cérémonie religieuse qui unit les deux époux. Le consentement de ces derniers n’est pas exigé, ou est vérifié au moment de l’accord entre les familles. Le mariage consiste en la bénédiction du prêtre. Les textes canoniques des Eglises maronite et melkite, et des cas concrets permettent de saisir le décalage entre l’enseignement romain sur le sacrement et le compromis local. Sacramentary theology is one of the areas where the contact of the Eastern Churches with Rome, from the 17th century, had the greatest impact on their doctrines and rituals. Marriage in particular has undergone significant conceptual changes, which have had a long-term influence on society. While the definition of marriage at the Council of Trent makes the exchange of consent the very “form” of the sacrament, the matrimonial union is conceived in the East as a process, beginning with the agreement between two families, and ending with the religious ceremony which unites the two spouses. The consent of the latter is not required, or is verified at the time of the agreement between the families. Marriage consists of the blessing of the priest. The canonical texts of the Maronite and Melkite Churches, and concrete cases, allow us to understand the gap between Roman teaching on the sacrament and local compromise. Teologia sakramentów jest jedną z dziedzin, w których kontakt Kościołów wschodnich z Rzymem, począwszy od XVII wieku, wywarł największe znaczenie na ich doktryny i obrzędy. Szczególnie małżeństwo przeszło istotne zmiany pojęciowe, które długotrwale wpłynęły na społeczeństwo. Podczas gdy definicja małżeństwa podana przez Sobór Trydencki czyni wymianę zgody samą „formą” sakramentu, na Wschodzie związek małżeński jest pojmowany jako proces rozpoczynający się od porozumienia między dwie-ma rodzinami, a kończący się ceremonią religijną, która łączy oboje małżonków. Zgoda tych ostatnich nie jest wymagana lub jest weryfikowana w momencie zawarcia umowy rodzin. Małżeństwo polega na błogosławieństwie kapłana. Teksty kanoniczne Kościołów maronickiego i melchickiego oraz konkretne przypadki pozwalają zrozumieć rozdźwięk pomiędzy rzymską nauką o sakramencie a lokalnym kompromisem.
