Podmiotowość określa obowiązki i prawa nauczyciela, natomiast autonomia zobowiązuje do twórczego rozwoju siebie i własnych kompetencji. Podmiotowość i autonomię nauczyciela charakteryzuje dynamika, ich progresję warunkuje doskonalenie osobowe i wzrost profesjonalizmu pedagogicznego.

    The family as a subject realising an educational priority of the Polish school system

    In 2018, Poles celebrated the 100th anniversary of regaining their independence. For this reason, Polish schools are addressing an educational priority entitled A Year for the Independent One. The success of this project largely depends on the educational support of family which is the basic subject pursuing patriotic education in order to introduce children to the world of patriotic values of the Nation, Homeland, and State. Proper patriotic education in the family environment cannot be separated from moral education which develops children’s attitudes of respect towards other people, nations, and states. Successful patriotic education ensures the cooperation of family and school.
