    Forma nadzwyczajna sprawowania sakramentów według Summorum Pontificum Benedykta XVI

    Sakramenty Nowego Testamentu zostały ustanowione przez Jezusa Chrystusa, a przez ich sprawowanie tworzy się, umacnia i manifestuje wspólnota Kościoła. Ogłaszając motu proprio Summorum Pontificum w 2007 r. papież Benedykt XVI nie pragnął ponownego reformowania liturgii, ale powrotu do właściwego kierunku ruchu liturgicznego. Celem niniejszej dysertacji jest ukazanie dokumentu papieża Benedykta XVI z 2007 r. jako tekstu przedstawiającego liturgię Kościoła katolickiego w aspekcie hermeneutyki ciągłości oraz wskazanie, że liturgia rzymska w formie usus antiquior stanowi cenny skarb duchowych dóbr Kościoła, który można zachować jedynie przez jej celebrację. W pracy przyjęto tezę, którą ujęto w pytaniach dotyczących kształtowania się głównych ośrodków ruchu liturgicznego na przełomie XIX i XX wieku; praw i obowiązków biskupów odnośnie do sprawowania sakramentów w formie extraordinaria, którzy też są odpowiedzialni za liturgię w powierzonym im Kościele partykularnym oraz za warunki spełniane przez duchownych i świeckich pragnących celebrować liturgię w nadzwyczajnej formie rytu rzymskiego. Analiza odpowiednich norm prawnych pozwoliła dowieść, że Eucharystia i pozostałe sakramenty sprawowane według ksiąg liturgicznych z 1962 r., jak i według ksiąg wydanych w wyniku reformy soborowej wyrażają tę samą tajemnicę wiary oraz zachowują te same istotne elementy. Z tego względu w rozprawie określono szafarza oraz materię i formułę każdego z sakramentów oraz wskazano, że mimo zmian dokonanych w obrzędach nie zmieniła się istota celebracji. The sacraments of the New Testament were instituted by Jesus Christ. Their celebration builds, strengthens and manifests the community of the Church. In proclaiming his motu proprio “Summorum Pontificum” in 2007, Pope Benedict XVI did not desire another liturgical reform but a return to the proper direction of the liturgical movement. The purpose of taking up the subject matter of this dissertation is to show that Pope Benedict XVI’s “Summorum Pontificum” depicts the liturgy of the Catholic Church in keeping with the hermeneutics of continuity and to indicate that the Roman liturgy in the form of the usus antiquior represents a precious treasure of spiritual goods, which can be preserved for the Church only by celebration. The dissertation adopted a thesis encapsulated in questions relating to the formation of the main centres of the liturgical movement of the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries and referring to the rights and obligations of bishops concerning the celebration of sacraments in extraordinaria form since the bishops are responsible for liturgy in the particular church entrusted to their care as well as for the conditions to be satisfied by the clergy and laity desirous to celebrate the liturgy in the extraordinary form of the Roman Rite. Analysis of the pertinent norms of law supplied proof that the Eucharist and other sacraments celebrated whether according to the liturgical books of 1962 or according to the books following the conciliar reform express the same mystery of faith and preserve the same essential elements. On this account, the dissertation identifies the minister, the matter and the form of each of the sacraments and demonstrates that, despite changes to the manner of celebration, the essence of the celebration has not changed.
