    Konflikt ekologiczny jako dyskurs naukowy. Analiza sporu o Puszczę Białowieską w świetle idealnej narady Philipa Kitchera

    Celem rozprawy doktorskiej jest praktyczna aplikacja modelu filozoficznego idealnej narady Philipa Kitchera do przeprowadzenia analizy i skonstruowania propozycji rozwiązania faktycznego konfliktu społecznego. W rozdziale pierwszym pracy przedstawiono ideał nauki dobrze urządzonej Philipa Kitchera oraz zrekonstruowano model idealnej narady będący procesem prowadzącym do tego ideału. Rozdział drugi pracy przedstawia tło konfliktu społecznego odnośnie do sposobu zarządzania Puszczą Białowieską oraz opis eskalacji konfliktu w latach 2016-2018. Rozdział trzeci pracy jest próbą osiągnięcia założonego celu aplikacji teorii filozoficznej do faktycznego konfliktu ekologicznego. Po nakreśleniu braków w użytym modelu podjęta została próba zaprojektowania uzupełnień, mających na celu praktyczne usprawnienie metody. W celu uzasadnienia zaproponowanych nowych elementów modelu idealnej narady opisane zostały najpopularniejsze modele rozwiązywania konfliktów społecznych, nawiązujące do demokracji deliberatywnej, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem tych, które zostały zastosowane w praktyce. Efektem pracy jest zaprojektowanie procesu przeprowadzenia dialogu społecznego w sytuacji faktycznego konfliktu ekologicznego z zastosowaniem modelu idealnej narady wraz z uzupełnieniami oraz zwrócenie uwagi na aksjologiczny wymiar konfliktu. The aim of this dissertation is to present a practical application of Philip Kitcher’s philosophical model of ideal deliberation to conduct an analysis and construct a proposal for resolving actual social conflict. Chapter one of the thesis introduces Philip Kitcher’s ideal of well-ordered science and reconstructs the model of ideal deliberation which is the process leading to this ideal. Chapter two of the thesis provides the background for the social conflict regarding the management of the Białowieża Forest and a description of the escalation of the conflict in 2016-2018. Chapter three thereof attempts to achieve the intended goal of applying philosophical theory to the actual environmental conflict. After outlining the shortcomings of the model applied, an attempt has been made to design additions to improve the method in terms of its practical application. In an effort to justify the proposed new elements of the ideal deliberation model, the most popular models for resolving social conflicts, referring to deliberative democracy, have been described, with a particular focus on those that have been applied in practice. The outcome of the dissertation is a design of the process of conducting a social dialogue in a situation of actual environmental conflict with the use of the model of ideal deliberation with additions and drawing attention to the axiological dimension of the conflict
